Group Training Schedule for week of 1/27/14
AM Trainings -
Mon and Wed: Group Swim and FS 0530am - Lake Nona YMCA Pool
(air temp >41 degrees)
Remember if air temp is <41 on Mon or Wed - We WILL have practice. It will be dry land strength. This is open for EVERYONE - Runners, Walkers, Swimmers, Cyclists, Triathletes etc.
Tues and Thurs: Group Indoor Cycle and FS 0530am - Lake Nona YMCA Gym
Remember if you just want to come to AM Functional Strength on Tues and Thurs - Please arrive by 6:30 so you can get on a treadmill or elliptical and warm up for 15mins before this starts at 6:45am. Just stop by the gym when you arrive to let the coach know.
Fri: YOGA/Core 0530am - Lake Nona YMCA Group Ex room
PM Trainings -
Tues: Group Run/Walk 6:30pm - Lake Nona YMCA Bus Loop
Thurs: Group Run/Walk 6:30pm - Mt Nona
Weekend Trainings -
Will be posted by Wed.
We will start the Thurs AM Speedwork session back up shortly - we are working on the schedule now.
