Off-season week 3. We are working on building a strong foundation right now. Please trying to remember your HR monitors at all workouts.
Group Training Options
AM:
Mon-Wed 0530 - Swim/Functional Strength. Bring your resistance loops, a towel or mat to put on the ground and wear your running shoes.
Tues-Thurs 0530 - Indoor Cycle/Functional Strength. If you need to reserve a trainer, please do so on our blog.
Thurs 0530 - Speed work with Coach Amanda Brunson - Meet in the bus loop at 0530.
Fri 0600 - GRID/CORE
PM:
Tues-Thurs 630pm - Run/Walk/Functional Strength. Bring your resistance loops and a mat.
Weekend Training options will be posted by Thurs.
