Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all of the Vortex Mom's - hope you had a great weekend. I am having connectivity issues tonight so this will be quick.

There will be am and pm swims on Monday and Wednesday. PM swim STARTS at 7pm sharp as we only have 1 hour.

Please sign-up for Bike trainers and PM Swim using one of the tabs above.

PM Run Tues and Thurs PM's will be at Lake Nona YMCA in the Bus Loop.

Saturday - OWS Lucky's Lake - followed by a run out of the water.

PM Group Swim will start again on Monday 5/5 at 7pm.  We will have two lanes.  If we don't use it, we lose it.  Please reserve your spot in advance using the tab above.

Gentle Reminder for Team Dues

Gentle reminder - Dues are $50 and are due by 2/15/14.
There are three ways to pay.

b. Pay by check - Make out check to Dianne O'Neal and either give to me or send to me @ 9800 Old Patina Way, Orlando Fl 32832

Anyone with outstanding Dues will be removed from this Facebook page until they are paid. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.
